Position Statement:

①组织编制企业和各生产单位年度、季度、月度生产计划;定期或不定期召开生产计划会议,审核、平衡销售订单,及时对生产计划做出调整;

②按照生产计划对各生产单位进行监督和指导;及时处理各类突发事件;定期召开各类生产协调会议,协调各项生产工作,保证企业生产顺利进行;
